Calpeda NR, NR4  - centrifugal monobloc pump with direct connection of electric motor, pump part and impeller on one shaft . The pump body has pressure and suction nozzles of the same diameter, located opposite each other in one line of the "in-line" type (multi-row design). Connection: flange according to EN 1092-2, PN 10.

Application

Pumping clean, uncontaminated liquids that do not contain abrasive impurities and do not come into contact with pump materials (solids content Max.-0.2%). It is used in heating, air conditioning and cooling circulation systems. It is used as in household and industrial spheres of the national economy.

• Pump body: cast iron EN GJL 200 1561.
• Impeller: cast iron EN GJL 200 1561, brass (P-Cu Zn 40 Pb 2 UNI 5705 per NR 50 ).
• Shaft: chrome-nickel steel (stainless steel AISI 430 or AISI 303).
• End seal: graphite - ceramic - NBR.

• Asynchronous 2-pole electric motor 50 Hz, n=2900 rpm.
  • NR: three-phase - 230/400 V (±10%);
  • NRM: single-phase - 230 V (±10%) ;
• Asynchronous 4-pole electric motor 50 Hz, n=1450 rpm.
  • NR4: three-phase - 230/400 V (+-10%);
  • NR4M: single-phase - 230 B (+-10%);
• Isolation class: "F".
• Protection class: IP 54.
• The design complies with the IEC 60034 standard.
