TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Fluid temperature range: 0 °C to +55 °C.
- Operating range: flow from 3 to 30 m3/h,
pressure up to 14 m for single-phase version and 15.5 m for three-phase version. - Pumped liquid: non-aggressive wastewater, untreated wastewater with solid particles and long-fiber inclusions.
- Liquid temperature range: from 0 °C up to + 55 °C.
- Maximum temperature of the pumped liquid at full immersion: + 40 °C.
- Maximum immersion depth : 10 m.
- Installation: vertically, in a fixed or free position.
- Maximum permissible diameter of solids particles in the pumped liquid: 38 mm.
DESIGN FEATURES
Shaft, handle, filter, bolts and screws – stainless steel. Mechanical seal-silicon carbide, oil chamber with visual inspection. The pumps are equipped with a water-cooled asynchronous electric motor. To ensure low noise levels and long service life, the rotor rotates on oversized bearings filled with grease for life. Thermal contacts built into the windings to protect the electric motor from overload must be connected to the control cabinet. For automatic operation, the pump must be equipped with a control and protection cabinet, which is supplied separately.
