centrifugal pump dab KDNCantilever centrifugal pumps with elastic coupling, designed for use in various systems:

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Rotation speed: 1450-2900 rpm .
- Operating range: flow from 1 to 500 m3/h, pressure up to 100 m.
- Pumped liquid: clean, free of solid and abrasive inclusions, non-viscous, non-aggressive, non-crystallized, chemically neutral, similar in characteristics to water.
- Fluid temperature range: from-10 °C to +140 °C.
- Maximum ambient temperature: +40 °C.
- Maximum operating pressure: 16 Bar, (1600 kPa), for DN 200 no more than 10 Bar.
- Flanges: PN 16 DIN 2533-PN 10 DIN 2532 for DN200.
- Installation: horizontal position.
- Special versions on request: pumps for working with other liquids. Omental packing with external cooling. Electric motors for other voltages and/or frequencies. Motors with energy efficiency class IE3 are available on request.
DESIGN FEATURES
The pumps are equipped with a two-or four-pole electric motor with a coupling and are mounted on a support frame in accordance with UNI EN 23661. The hydraulic housing is made of cast iron and meets the requirements of the DIN-EN 733 standard (standard DIN 24255), mechanical seal flange and support motors are made of cast iron, flanges in accordance with DIN 2533 (DIN 2532 for DN 200). Closed cast iron impeller dynamically balanced by axial force compensation using balancing holes, impeller neck wear ring to reduce hydraulic losses (available on request). The stainless steel pump shaft rotates on oversized bearings located in the intermediate support of the hydraulic part of the pump, filled with liquid lubricant. Mechanical seal graphite/silicon carbide standardized to DIN 24960 with EPDM O-rings. Pumps with gland seal are available on request.
