Well pump dab SMC12Multistage submersible well pumps for wells with a diameter of 12” and more with a wide range of flow and pressure characteristics. Designed for domestic and industrial water supply systems, for supplying water to autoclaves and tanks, for installation in fire-fighting systems and high-pressure flushing systems, for agricultural irrigation systems.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operating range: flow up to 540 m³/h, pressure up to 320 m.
- Pumped liquid: clean, without solid particles or abrasive substances, chemically neutral, similar in characteristics to water.
- Max. concentration of sand/silt in the liquid: 40 g/m³.
- Maximum liquid temperature: 30 °C .
- Minimum recommended immersion level: 2.5 m.
- Special versions on request: all parts in contact with the pumped liquid are made of stainless steel AISI 316 steel (SMN models).
DESIGN FEATURES
Hydraulics body-cast iron with cataphoretic coating, impellers made of AISI stainless steel 304 are secured to the shaft with a key. The shaft is protected from damage along its entire length by bushings; bearings on the shaft prevent vibration and runout of the hydraulic part during operation. The hydraulics have a built-in check valve with low pressure loss. Discharge pipe with internal thread for connection to the pipeline. Depending on the power consumption of the hydraulic part, the pump can be equipped with motors of the following standard sizes:
- 6GF/6GX: submersible well electric motor with a non-removable stator 6”
- TR6: submersible well electric motor 6” with rewindable stator
- TR8: submersible well electric motor 8” with rewindable stator.
- TR10: submersible well electric motor 10” with rewindable stator.
- TR12: submersible well electric motor 12” with a rewound stator.
If it is necessary to use it with a frequency converter, you need to check the technical characteristics of the electric motor.
