Well pump dab MICRA HS
Well pump dab MICRA HSSubmersible well pumps for wells with a diameter of 3 inches and larger. Designed for domestic water supply systems and irrigation from wells. MICRA HS – This is a three-phase well pump controlled by a single-phase frequency converter (ACTIVE DRIVER PLUS).
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Tolerance of supply voltage: 1 x 230 V (+10%/-20%).
- Rated frequency: 130 Hz (7600 rpm).
- Max. phase current of the electric motor: 10.5 A.
- Minimum operating voltage: 184 V.
- Maximum operating voltage voltage: 264 V.
- Pump supply voltage: 3 x 230 V.
- Operating range: flow from 1 to 5 m3/h, pressure up to 150 m.
- Pumped liquid: clean, without solids inclusions and abrasive particles, non-viscous, non-aggressive, chemically neutral, similar in characteristics to water.
- Liquid temperature range: from 0°C to +35°C.
- Maximum permissible sand content in the pumped liquid: 30 g/m3.
- Installation: in wells with a diameter of 3 inches or more, storage tanks, in a vertical position. If installed in a horizontal position, ensure a minimum load on the thrust bearing.
- Power cable: 1.4 m. A version with a 30 m shielded cable is available on request.
- Supply set: pump, Active Driver Plus control unit and power cable.
DESIGN FEATURES
The hydraulic part is connected to the electric motor using a rigid coupling. Impellers and diffusers are made of NORYL technopolymer. The hydraulic housing, shaft with coupling, filter and cable protection strip are made of stainless steel. The support and pressure pipe are made of brass. The check valve is built into the hydraulics. The submersible asynchronous two-pole electric motor is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with brass flanges. The copper squirrel cage rotor rotates on a Kingsbury thrust bearing. The thrust bearing block and bushings are cooled by a mixture of water and glycol, eliminating the risk of contamination. The closed stator housing is made of AISI 304L stainless steel. The ACTIVE DRIVER PLUS M/T 2.2 control unit is pre-configured to operate at a frequency of 130 Hz.
