centrifugal pump dab NKM-GE NKP-GE – MCE-PCantilever-monoblock centrifugal pumps with a rigid coupling are designed for water supply and pressure boosting systems of such objects as:

- well water supply;
- irrigation of greenhouses, gardens, agricultural land;
- use of rainwater;
- industrial systems.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Rotation speed: 1,450–2,900 rpm.
- Operating range: flow from 1 to 450 m3/h, pressure up to 72 m.
- Liquid temperature range: from-10 up to +140 °C.
- Pumped liquid: clean, free of solid and abrasive inclusions, non-viscous, non-aggressive, non-crystallized, chemically neutral, with characteristics close to water.
- Installation: mounting in horizontal or vertical position is allowed with the obligatory location of the engine above the hydraulics.
- Maximum ambient temperature: +40 °C.
- Maximum operating pressure: 16 Bar (1600 kPa) (for DN 200 no more than 10 Bar).
- Degree of protection: IP 55.
- Insulation class: F.
- Flanges: PN 16 according to DIN 2533.
- Special designs on request: pumps for pumping liquids other than water;
electric motors for other voltages and/or frequencies;
IF with signal modulation in the range from 0 to 10 V.
DESIGN FEATURES
Presence of an inverter MCE/P provides high operational flexibility, allowing the pump to automatically adapt to different system requirements and maintain constant system pressure. The hydraulic housing is made of cast iron and meets the requirements of the DIN-EN 733 standard (standard DIN 24255). The engine mount is made of cast iron. The flanges meet the requirements of DIN 2533 and DIN 2532 for DN 200. The closed cast iron impeller is dynamically balanced by compensating axial forces using balancing holes, and wear ring on the impeller neck to reduce hydraulic losses (available on request). Pump shaft made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Mechanical seal graphite/silicon carbide standardized to DIN 24960 with EPDM O-rings. The pumps are equipped with an air-cooled asynchronous electric motor of design B3/B5: two-pole for NKP-GE models and four-pole for NKM-GE. The rotor rotates on oversized bearings, ensuring low noise levels and long engine life.
