Well pump dab SS6Multistage submersible well pumps, the main parts and assemblies of which are made of stainless steel (AISI 304L or AISI 316L on request). The pumps are designed for wells with a diameter of 6 inches or more and have a wide range of flow and pressure characteristics. Designed for domestic and industrial water supply systems, for supplying water to autoclaves and tanks, for installation in fire-fighting systems and high-pressure flushing systems, for agricultural irrigation systems.
Depending on the selected material of the hydraulic part (AISI 304L or AISI 316L) it is possible to pump clean water or other aggressive liquids.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operating range: flow up to 75 m3/h, pressure up to 670 m.
- Max. concentration of sand/silt in the liquid: 50 g/m3.
- Maximum liquid temperature: 30 °C (50 °C on request).
- Discharge pipe diameter (internal thread): -SS6 A/SS6 B: 2 1/2’’--SS6 C: 3’’-SS6 D-SS6 E: 4’’
- Special design on request:
-Stainless steel hydraulic housing . steel AISI 316 for pumping aggressive liquids;
-Impellers made of stainless steel. steel AISI 316;
-Electric motors made entirely of stainless steel. AISI 316 steel for pumping aggressive liquids;
-Design with star-delta starting;
-Electric motors of special design for working with liquids with high temperatures;
-Non-standard coupling.
DESIGN FEATURES
For working with liquids with high temperatures (no more than 50 °C) or with an inverter, it is provided the possibility of ordering a special electric motor with stator winding wires having insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene and polyamide (PE2+PA). These pumps can be mounted in a vertical or horizontal position. For horizontal installation, simply remove the check valve and install a cooling casing on the suction chamber and electric motor. To ensure maximum service life, these pumps are equipped with diffusers, impellers, brackets, suction and pressure chambers made entirely of stainless steel. steel grade AISI 304. Depending on the power consumption of the hydraulic part, the pump can be equipped with motors of the following standard sizes:
- 4GG: submersible well electric motor with a non-removable stator 4’’
- 6GF: submersible borehole electric motor with permanent stator 6’’
- TR6: submersible borehole electric motor 6’’ with rewindable stator
- TR8: submersible well electric motor 8’’ with rewindable stator
- TR10: submersible well motor 10’’ with a rewound stator
If it is necessary to use it with a frequency converter, you need to check the technical characteristics of the electric motor.
