centrifugal pump dab KDNE MCE-PStandardized centrifugal pumps with elastic coupling and MCE/P inverter on a common frame are designed for water supply and pressure boosting systems of objects such as:
- cottages;
- apartment buildings;
- municipal institutions;
- farms;
- well water supply;
- irrigation of greenhouses, gardens, agricultural land;
- use of rainwater;
- industrial systems.

- Pumped liquid: clean, not containing solid and abrasive inclusions, non-viscous, non-aggressive, non-crystallized, chemically neutral, similar in characteristics to water.
- Maximum ambient temperature: +40 °C.
- Maximum operating pressure: 16 Bar, (1600 kPa), for DN 200 no more than 10 Bar.
- Degree of protection: IP 55.
- Insulation class: F.
- Flanges: PN 16 according to DIN 2533 PN 10 according to DIN 2532 for DN 200.
- Installation: in a horizontal position.
DESIGN FEATURES
The presence of the DAB MCE/P inverter provides high operational flexibility, allowing the pump to automatically adapt to various system requirements and maintain constant pressure in it. A pressure sensor is included in the delivery package. The hydraulic housing is made of cast iron and meets the requirements of the DIN-EN 733 standard (standard DIN 24255). The mechanical seal flange and motor support are made of cast iron. The flanges meet the requirements of DIN 2533 (DIN 2532 for DN 200). Closed cast iron impeller dynamically balanced by axial force compensation using balancing holes, impeller neck wear ring to reduce hydraulic losses (available on request). The pump shaft is made of stainless steel and rotates on oversized bearings located in the intermediate support of the hydraulic part of the pump, filled with liquid lubricant. Mechanical seal graphite/silicon carbide standardized to DIN 24960 with EPDM O-rings. Pumps with gland seals are available on request. The pumps are equipped with a two-or four-pole air-cooled asynchronous electric motor. The rotor rotates on oversized bearings, ensuring low noise levels and long engine life. Electrical protection: The motor design complies with the requirements of the EMC Directive EEC 89/336 and subsequent amendments, the Low Voltage Directive EEC 73/23 and subsequent amendments, as well as the requirements of CEI 2-3 standards.
