Sewage pump dab FEKA 6000/6100/6200/6300/8100/8200/8300Cast iron sewage pumps: with a single-channel impeller (6000 models) and a three-blade impeller (8000 models) are designed for pumping wastewater with solid inclusions of maximum diameter 80-108 mm.

- Configuration and operating mode: Continuous operating mode S1 in fully immersed condition. The standard package includes a 10 meter H07RN-F power cable.
- Maximum permissible diameter of solid particles in the pumped liquid: 80-108 mm.
- Operating range: flow from 36 to 780 m3/h, pressure up to 28 m.
- Pumped liquid: non-aggressive waste and drainage water.
- Free passage: 150 mm.
- Liquid temperature range: ;from 0° up to + 40°C.
- Maximum immersion depth: 20 m.
- Installation: vertically.
DESIGN FEATURES
Motor housing, hydraulic part and impeller – cast iron EN GJL 200. Double mechanical seal in the oil chamber: graphite/steel on the motor side, silicon carbide/silicon carbide on the hydraulic side. A version with a moisture detection sensor in the oil chamber is available on request. The pumps are equipped with an asynchronous electric motor. To ensure low noise levels and long service life, the rotor rotates on oversized bearings filled with grease for life. Thermal contacts are built into the stator windings, which are connected to the control cabinet to protect the electric motor from overload.
