Well pump dab PULSARPULSAR pumps are designed for domestic water supply systems from wells and storage tanks, characterized by low noise levels.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operating range: flow from 0.9 to 7.2 m3/h, pressure up to 86 m.
- Maximum permissible sand content: 50 g/m3.
- Degree of protection: IP 68.
- Insulation class: F.
- Liquid temperature range: from 0° C to + 40° C.
- Power cable: removable cable H07RN-F, 20 m long. Cable complete with plug SCHUKO EEC 7-VII-UNEL 47166-68 for single-phase models. Single-phase models can be equipped with a built-in float switch for automatic operation.
DESIGN FEATURES
The multi-stage hydraulic part is located on the electric motor shaft, cooled by the pumped liquid. Impellers, diffusers, strainer and oil chamber housing – wear-resistant thermoplastic. The pump body, connecting pipe, suction grille and motor shaft are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Seals are NBR. Screws – stainless steel. Double mechanical seal in the intermediate oil chamber: ceramic/graphite on the motor side and silicon carbide/silicon carbide on the hydraulic side. The pumps are equipped with a water-cooled asynchronous electric motor with continuous operation (S1). To ensure low noise levels and long service life, the rotor rotates on oversized bearings filled with grease for life. The version with a single-phase electric motor has built-in overload protection. To protect the three-phase motor, overload protection must be provided in accordance with current regulations. Manufactured in accordance with CEI 2-3 and CEI 61-69 (EN 60335-2-41) standards.
