Drainage pump dab DIG 3700-5500-8500 – 11000Submersible drainage pumps are specially designed for the removal of drainage water on construction sites, open pits or quarries. Thanks to their robust and reliable design, these pumps can be used with heavily contaminated and abrasive liquids with solid particles up to a maximum diameter of 10 mm.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Protection degree: IP 68.
- Insulation class: F.
- Configuration and operating mode: Continuous operating mode S1 only in a fully immersed state. Ability to work in a partially submerged state. The standard package includes a 10 m H07RN-F power cable. On request, models are available with a cable reinforced with a steel core on the inside.
- Operating range: flow from 12 to 240 m 3/h, pressure up to 58 m.
- Pumped liquid: rain water, ground water, water from sand pits or clean water with high content of solid abrasive particles.
- Liquid temperature range: from 0° up to + 35° C.
- Maximum immersion depth: 20 m with appropriate cable length.
- Installation: vertically, in fixed or free position.
- Maximum permissible diameter of solid particles in the pumped liquid: 10.
DESIGN FEATURES
Open type impeller – high-strength chrome-plated cast iron CRA2 650 HB, hydraulic housing – AISI 304 stainless steel, double mechanical seal – silicon carbide/silicon carbide on the hydraulic side and graphite/aluminum oxide on the engine side. Suction grille – stainless steel AISI 304. Hydraulic diffuser – cast iron EN GJL 200 with internal lining of wear-resistant, waterproof nitrile rubber (NR). The pumps are equipped with a water-cooled asynchronous electric motor. To ensure low noise levels and long service life, the rotor rotates on oversized bearings filled with grease for life. To protect the motor, overload protection must be provided in accordance with current regulations. Manufactured according to CEI 2-3CEI 61-69 (EN 60335-2-41) standards.
