circulation pump dab VAVA pump – This is a circulation pump for heating and air conditioning systems with short pipe lengths. Suitable for installation in private homes, small commercial and public buildings. The pump performs the function of forced circulation of water, maintains a stable temperature and pressure in the system, and allows you to regulate the intensity of heating or cooling in the room.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operating range: flow from 0.5 to 3.6 m3/h, pressure up to 6 m.
- Liquid temperature range: from-10 °C to +110 °C.
- Pumped liquid: pure, without solid inclusions and mineral oils, non-viscous, chemically neutral, with characteristics close to water (max. glycol content 30%).
- Max. operating pressure: 10 bar (1000 kPa).
- Degree of protection: IP 44.
- Insulation class : F.
- Cable entry: PG 11.
- Installation: shaft engine in a horizontal position.
DESIGN FEATURES
Pump housing made of cast iron, electric motor housing made of die-cast aluminum. Impeller – technopolymer.
The ceramic rotor shaft is mounted on graphite bushings, lubricated and cooled by the pumped liquid.
The rotor casing, stator sleeve and hydraulic flange are made of stainless steel. Thrust bearing – ceramics, O-rings – EPDM, air release plug – brass. The two-pole asynchronous electric motor with a wet rotor has built-in overload protection.
