Drainage pump dab DIG 1100-1500-1800 – 2200Submersible drainage pumps are specially designed for pumping drainage water on construction sites, open mines or quarries. Thanks to their robust and reliable design, these pumps can be used with highly contaminated and abrasive liquids with solid particles up to a maximum diameter of 6 mm.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Protection degree: IP 68.
- Insulation class: F.
- Configuration and operating mode: Continuous operating mode S1 only in a fully immersed state. Ability to work in a partially submerged state. Single-phase models can be equipped with a built-in float switch for automatic operation. The standard package includes a 10 m H07RN-F power cable. On request, models are available with a cable reinforced with a steel core on the inside.
- Operating range: flow from 6 to 54 m 3/h, pressure up to 20 m.
- Pumped liquid: rain water, ground water, water from sand pits or clean water with high content of solid abrasive particles.
- Liquid temperature range: from 0° up to + 35°C.
- Maximum immersion depth: 20 m (with appropriate cable length).
- Installation: vertically, in a fixed or free position.
- Maximum permissible diameter of solid particles in the pumped liquid: 6 mm.
DESIGN FEATURES
Open type impeller – high-strength chrome-plated cast iron CRA2 650 HB, hydraulic housing – AISI 304 stainless steel, double mechanical seal: silicon carbide/silicon carbide on the hydraulic side and graphite/aluminum oxide on the motor side. Suction grille – AISI 304 stainless steel. The pumps are equipped with a water-cooled asynchronous electric motor. To ensure low noise levels and long service life, the rotor rotates on oversized bearings filled with grease for life. In single-phase models, the capacitor is located in the motor housing. To protect the motor, overload protection must be provided in accordance with current regulations. Manufactured according to CEI 2-3CEI 61-69 (EN 60335-2-41) standards.
