centrifugal pump dab KV 3-6-10Vertical multistage centrifugal pumps are designed for use in water supply and pressure boosting systems. Suitable for booster installations, tank feed, rainwater and agricultural irrigation systems, fire extinguishing and flushing systems, condensate and cooling water pumping.

from-15 °C to +110 °C for other applications . - Pumped liquid: clean, free of solid and abrasive inclusions, non-viscous, non-aggressive, non-crystallized, chemically neutral, with characteristics close to water.
- Maximum ambient temperature: + 40 °C.

DESIGN FEATURES
Casing of pressure and suction chambers – cast iron with anti-corrosion coating. Impellers, diffusers and diffuser covers – technopolymer. Wear rings – stainless steel AISI 304. Hydraulic shaft made of stainless steel AISI 416 and coupling made of stainless steel AISI 316. Centering diffuser bearing made of bronze is lubricated by the pumped liquid.
Mechanical seal – graphite/ceramic. The engine and hydraulic shafts are connected by a rigid coupling. The delivery set includes threaded counter flanges. The pumps are equipped with an air-cooled asynchronous electric motor. To ensure low noise levels and long service life, the rotor rotates on oversized bearings filled with grease for life. The single-phase version has built-in overload protection. To protect the three-phase electric motor, overload protection must be provided in accordance with current regulations.
