Submersible aerator dab NOVAIRThe submersible aerator is designed for aeration of domestic wastewater in small water treatment systems. The aerator is also used to oxygenate water in ponds and fish farms. The special design of the NOVAIR aerator ensures optimal oxygenation of wastewater at water treatment plants by supplying a large and dense cloud of small bubbles. To avoid the destruction of microorganisms present in the water when starting up the aerator, hydrodynamic studies by DAB PUMPS specialists were specifically concentrated on the profile of the impeller blades.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Operating range: air supply from 2 to 17 m3/h at a depth of 20–90 cm from the axis of the inlet pipe .
- Protection degree: IP68.
- Insulation class: F.
- Liquid temperature range: from 0 to 35 °C for domestic use in accordance with EN 60335-2-41.
- Pumped liquid: domestic wastewater from the sump without fibrous and solid inclusions; clean water.
- Power voltage: 1 x 220-240 V/50 Hz.
- Power cable: ;H07RNF8-F, 2, 5 and 10 m; can be equipped with a SCHUKO standard plug. The kit includes a gasket and a 90-degree connection fitting for vertical air intake.
DESIGN FEATURES
Installation in vertical position: housing The aerator is equipped with a support. The electric motor is cooled by a liquid in contact with a large surface area of its housing. The power cable is protected from water ingress and leakage; The cable entry device facilitates maintenance of the aerator and cable replacement. The superior wear resistance of the stainless steel motor shaft with a protective ceramic sleeve over the O-rings ensures long service life of the aerator. The pump body, cable entry and impeller are made of technopolymer. The aerator is equipped with a two-pole submersible asynchronous electric motor with a power range from 0.18 to 0.4 kW with built-in overload protection. The rotor rotates on oversized bearings filled with grease for life. A triple gland seal in the oil chamber protects the engine from the pumped liquid.
