DESIGN FEATURES
Vortex wheel with new shaped blades for long-term operation without clogging. Single cartridge double mechanical seal independent of the direction of rotation with a SiC/SiC pair on the pump side and a SiC/C pair on the motor side. All seals are independent of the direction of rotation. Discharge flange DN 65, DN 80, DN 100 with radial groove EN 1092-1.
Liquid viscosity: 1 mm²/s. Electric motors of energy efficiency class IE3, three-phase with squirrel-cage rotor. Long-term operation in mode S1 is allowed in a fully immersed position and in the mode of periodic switching on S3 with pumping out liquid to the minimum possible level. The condition of the mechanical seal is monitored using a water-in-oil sensor (optional) installed in the oil chamber of the seal.
