Motor for borehole pump dab S4 (WATER)Submersible borehole pumps for wells with a diameter of 4 inches or more with a wide range of flow and pressure characteristics. Designed for domestic and industrial water supply systems, for supplying water to autoclaves and tanks, for installation in fire-fighting systems and high-pressure flushing systems, for agricultural irrigation systems.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Pumped liquid: clean, without solid inclusions or abrasive particles, chemically neutral, similar in characteristics to water.
- Fluid temperature range: 0 ˚C to +40 ˚C.
- Motor protection degree: IP 68 .
- Insulation class: F.
- Special versions on request: electric motors for other voltages and/or frequencies.
- Maximum permissible sand content in the pumped liquid: 120 g/m3 (for S4F – 300 g/m< sup>3).
- On request for single-phase model: a control unit with an additional starting capacitor (BOOSTER) is available to increase the starting torque.
DESIGN FEATURES
The support (with built-in filter), pressure pipe (with built-in check valve) and cable protection strip are made of stainless steel. The TESLA two-pole water-filled submersible asynchronous electric motor is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Hermetically sealed, non-removable stator. The closed stator housing is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, filled with thermosetting rubber with high insulating ability and excellent heat dissipation. The starting capacitor unit for single-phase models has built-in overload protection with the possibility of manual restart. To protect the three-phase electric motor, overload protection must be provided in accordance with current regulations.
