The pumps are equipped with a water-cooled asynchronous electric motor. To ensure low noise levels and long service life, the rotor rotates on oversized bearings filled with grease for life. Thermal contacts built into the windings to protect the electric motor from overload must be connected to the control cabinet. For automatic operation, the pump must be equipped with a control and protection cabinet, which is supplied separately.
