SANICONENS® Best - specially designed for neutralization and removal of acidic condensate from condensing boilers of all types (gas or liquid fuel). Supplied with complete installation kit.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The SANICONDENS® Best receiving tank is equipped with a level sensor , automatically starting the motor when condensate enters the pump housing. After the condensate is removed, the motor is switched off.
SANICONDENS® Best has its own special condensate neutralization system that restores the pH of the water to a normal level when passing through special granules.
SANICONDENS® Best is supplied with an alarm connection cable (audio and/or visual).

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
SANICONDENS ® Best has 1 pump. The  SANICONDENS ® Best tank is equipped with a starter float that controls the actions of the motor. The pump starts working when condensate enters the tank. 
The equipment is equipped with an autonomous neutralization system designed to remove pH from acidic effluents coming from a condensing boiler.
SANICONDENS ® Best is also equipped with an additional float, which allows you to connect a sound or visual alarm.

INSTALLATION
SANICONDENS ® Best is designed to mount to  the wall. For inspection and maintenance purposes, the machine must installed in an easily accessible place. Installed strictly horizontally. The machine must be protected from moisture from the outside. The machine does not require any special technical maintenance.  >

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified person. Wiring and  connection must comply with the requirements PUE.
SANICONDENS ® Best is connected to el. networks with voltage 220-240 V, AC 50 Hz. Do not connect SANICONDENS ® Best to a common socket. It must be connected via a fuse or a 5A circuit breaker. SANICONDENS ® Best has an electrically grounded cable. Earth resistance should not exceed 38 Ohm. The wires in the power cable are colored according to the European standard: Brown - phase. Blue = neutral. Green/yellow = ground.
Warning: Make sure main circuit breaker/switch is turned off before wiring. All work on the electrical component, pressure chamber and motor must be carried out by a skilled trained person with all the required tools for repair.

EMERGENCY ALARMS
SANICONDENS ® Best provides a system for detecting water levels above normal, connected to an alarm (sound or light - from 1.5 to 230 V).
ATTENTION: The maximum allowable current of the detection system is 0 .5 A.
In order to avoid an electrical short circuit, after the alarm has responded, the water that continues to fill the tank will drain through the holes located on the sides under the SANICONDENS ® Best cover.

   SANIGRANUL neutralization granules.
Passing through the container with granules, the acidic condensate is neutralized, after which the effluents can be removed into the sewer. Replacing the pellets does not require dismantling the pump (usually once a year).

MAINTENANCE
The condition of the pellets should be checked regularly. It is necessary to update the granules annually. When changing pellets, clean the neutralizer drawer.

WARRANTY
The  SANICONDENS ® Best SFA device is guaranteed for 24 months, provided it is installed and used in accordance with  instructions.

DISASSEMBLY
If any problems are found, contact an SFA technician. Before repair, disconnect SANICONDENS ® Best from the mains.

WARNING
SANICONDENS ® Best is intended for pumping water condensate from air conditioning systems, condensing boilers (boilers) or freezing  installations (systems).
If necessary, disconnection devices can be connected (see the factory instructions for your condensing boiler) The pump turns on automatically and has a high performance. Reliability and high quality work is guaranteed under strict observance of the instructions for its installation and operation.
