SANIPLUS forced sewage pump-grinder

Due to the large volume of the body and a special motor, the SANIPLUS household fecal grinder pump is able to receive and pump out a much larger amount of wastewater from various plumbing fixtures: toilet, washbasin, shower, bidet or bathtub up to 150l. A reliable and durable engine allows you to withstand longer cycles of continuous operation.

APPLICATION
This unit is a compact pumping station designed to remove waste water from a drain toilet, shower, bidet or washbasin. 
This unit complies with EN 12050- 3 and European regulations regarding electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility.

INSTALLATION
The unit must be located in the same room as the toilet and other  ;sanitary equipment connected to it, if any. You must have easy access to the unit for inspection and maintenance.
Installation and operation of the unit must comply with local regulations and EN 12056-4.
Position the pump so that it does not touch the wall of the room, the pump on a perfectly flat floor surface to prevent the proper operation of the anti-vibration clamps, properly fix the outlet pipe system so that the distance between the fixings does not exceed one meter.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE SANIPLUS SEWER PLANT
After draining the water and raising the water level in the housing, the pump motor automatically turns on and sets the knives in motion, which crush the particles present in the contaminated liquid within 4-5 seconds. The crushed effluent is removed and the pump is ready for operation again. 

For this model, it is possible to install a special sound alarm - SANIALARM. 
Accidental power outages or the accumulation of technical sediment leads to an increase in the level of wastewater in the pump and, as a result, in the connected plumbing. SANIALARM will warn you if the water in the pump rises above the operating level. SANIALARM is easily installed on the cover of the SFA pump and has a pressure sensor (membrane switch) and, if the water volume exceeds the maximum allowable level, the alarm emits a long sound (about 80 dB) until the problem is turned off and the problem is corrected.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Electrical  connection should only be carried out after all necessary connections have been completed.
 Electrical installation must be carried out  by a qualified person. The appliance must be placed in such a way that access to the electrical outlet is provided.This appliance must be connected to an earth (class I) and a high sensitivity differential circuit breaker (30mA).
The outlet must be used only for power supply device. If the appliance's cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its after-sales service to avoid risk.

COMMISSIONING
Once the electrical and hydraulic connections have been made, flush the water several times. The toilet must not leak. in case of a long absence, it is necessary to shut off the general water supply and protect the installation from frost by draining the water from the pump housing.

CLEANING AND REMOVING LIME
To remove lime scale and cleaning of the pumping station and toilet, you should regularly use a specially designed decalcifier or a solution of 1 liter of 9% vinegar in  5 liters of water.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS< /strong>
The warranty period of the device is 2 years, starting from the date of purchase, provided that it is installed and used in accordance with the instructions.
CAUTION!!! The warranty applies only to the withdrawal of the toilet  paper, excrement and sewage. The warranty does not cover damage to the device caused by penetration of foreign bodies such as: cotton wool, tampons, sanitary napkins, panty liners, food, condoms, hair, metal, wood or plastic objects, or by pumping liquids such as oils. or solvents.
