SANICOM 1 single-engine sanitary pumping station 

SANICOM®1 is a high performance station for pumping used water in public areas (bars, restaurants, cafes, hairdressers, laundries). The only range in the range of SFA pumps with a dry motor installation. Designed to work in high-temperature intensive mode.

 

FUNCTION
SANICOM®1 single-motor sanitary pumping station.
The electronic board that this model is equipped with ensures the optimal operation of the pump motor. The level of pumping water is controlled by a pneumatic sensor.

< p>PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
A plunger tube, which is a trigger sensor, is installed in the SANICOM ®1 housing. As soon as the drains in the pump housing reach a certain level, the pump starts to work.

 

USE
The  SANICOM ®1 is designed for wastewater pumping from sinks, washing machine, dishwasher, shower or bath. SANICOM ®1 can pump out hot water.
Caution:
1. Do not pour products such as solvents, paint, alkali, acids, or other concentrated chemical products into the SANICOM ®1 connected machines. .In exceptional cases, it may be allowed to drain diluted chemical products followed by rinsing with clean water.
2. In the event of a power outage, shut off the water drain from all devices connected to SANICOM ®1.

INSTALLATION< br> Provide access for control and maintenance of the machine.
The pump body is fixed to the floor, which does not allow it to move during operation.

REQUISITE
provide free access to the pump for maintenance and repair. This room must be lit, sufficiently ventilated (do not install the pump in a sump) and protected from freezing.

3. The pumping pipeline must be laid in such a way as to avoid any outflow from the sewer.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Electrical  connection should be made only after all necessary connections have been made .
Electrical installation  must be  carried out by a qualified person. The device must be placed in such a way that access to an electrical socket is provided.
This device must be connected to earth (class I) and a high sensitivity differential circuit breaker (30mA).
The socket must only be used to power the device . If the cable of the machine is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its after-sales service to avoid risk.
All electrical and motor work must be carried out by a qualified person who has been trained by SFA and has all the necessary tools for repair.
Attention: when the device is connected for the first time, it will work for 5 seconds.  even  if there is no water in the cabinet.

CODES AND REGULATIONS
Comply with your country's electrical safety regulations for bathrooms use. This device complies with EN 12050-2 (Installation for the removal of sewage without faeces), as well as directives and European regulations on electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility.

ALARMS< /strong>
It is possible to connect an alarm system (lamp, bell) to the electronic card. If the motor remains on for more than 5 minutes, an alarm is activated. This allows the user to control the machine.

WARRANTY TERMS
Warranty period for the machine 2 years warranty, starting from the date of purchase, when installed and used in according to the instructions.
