SANICOM 2 two-engine sanitary high-temperature pumping station

SANICOM®2 is a sanitary twin-engine pumping station, specially designed for  intensive professional or commercial use. Allows you to pump out wastewater from cafes, bars, restaurants, laundries, hairdressers with temperatures up to 90 ° C. The second motor allows you to pump out a large amount of incoming wastewater in peak mode.

SANICOM®2 equipped with a remote wired alarm, allowing you to remotely control the operation of the station.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE
SANICOM®2 is a sanitary pump station with two independent motors. The second motor is connected automatically when a large amount of wastewater enters the station body. Each of the motors is controlled by a separate pneumatic sensor. The electronic board allows you to provide the optimal mode for starting motors, depending on peak loads. An audible and visual alarm is provided to signal possible malfunctions.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
SANICOM ® 2 has two independent pumps.
SANICOM ® 2 is equipped with 2 plunger tubes, one of which includes motor, the other alarm system and a second motor.
- Long immersion tube
(normal operation): as soon as the effluent reaches the start level of the long tube, the pumping system is activated (single motor).
- Short immersion tube
(abnormal operation): if the drains reach the switch-on level in the short tube, 230 V is applied to the signal contacts of the electronic card and the second pump is switched on.

APPLICATION
The SANICOM®2 is designed to pump wastewater from sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, showers or bathtubs (private or commercial use).

USTA NOVKA
The installation of SANICOM ® 2 must be carried out in accordance with the rules of the EMP. Connection and maintenance of the device must be carried out by a qualified specialist.

REQUIRED CONDITIONS
have sufficient dimensions to provide the necessary working space (600 mm minimum around the machine for easy access for inspection and maintenance). This place must be lit and ventilated, and guaranteed from flooding and protected from freezing.
2- A shut-off valve should  be installed at the inlet of the drains, as well as on the pumping pipeline (not supplied) .
3- The pumping pipeline must pass in such a way as to avoid any outflow from the sewer 

To avoid outflow from the sewer, it is necessary to mount the loop on the pressure pipeline above the level of the entrance to the sewer.
Note: except when SANICOM ® 2 is installed above the level of the sewer entrance.
4- It is recommended to install an additional pump to drain the technical room (in case of flooding).

   SANICOM ® 2 is equipped with a remote audible and visual alarm with a cable length of 3 m.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
1- The electrical connection must be made by a qualified electrician. The electrical connection should comply with the norms adopted in the user country for similar electrical appliances.
2- The electrical connection must comply with class 1.
The unit must be connected to a grounded junction box. The electric line must be protected by a high-sensitivity 30mA differential switch with a 20A fuse. This electric line must only be used to power the SANICOM ® 2 unit. If the unit cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or service centres, to avoid the risk of any kind of damage.

NORMALS
This device complies with the EN 12050-2 standard (Installation for draining sewage without faeces ), as well as the directives and European regulations on electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
The connection and use of this apparatus must conform to European regulations EN 12056 and local requirements.

COMMISSIONING
1 - After installing the piping and electrical connection, check the tightness of the connections by draining the water through each connected inlet in turn. Convince 1- SANICOM ® 2 is designed to pump effluent from a small private house or places  ;public use.  Any other use  will void your warranty. Never throw away towels, condoms, hygiene items,waste, discard oils,solvents,acids,other explosive liquids,or liquids that can cause corrosion...
2- Warning: In the event of a power failure shut off the water drain of all devices connected to SANICOM®2.
3- Do not install / use in areas with risk of explosion.

MAINTENANCE Proper operation of the station should be visually checked once a month and should be checked regularly by a qualified person (yearly). However, if technical problems occur, please consult your service center.

WARRANTY TERMS
Machine warranty period 2 years warranty starting from the date purchase, provided it is installed and used in accordance with the instructions.

ALARM
Attention, the alarm module operates on 220V. Attach the module to the wall before electrical connection of the device. If the water level inside the machine is too high: the red indicator light lights up + the buzzer sounds. After the problem is fixed, the indicator light and buzzer turn off.
