WHERE SHOULD YOU INSTALL YOUR SEWER PUMPING STATION?
Effluent flows into SANIFOS® pumping stations by gravity, the height of the inlet pipes relative to the top cover ( FEA) is 311 mm (and 611 mm with an additional section), which allows you to install the station at different distances from the building.
WHY DOES YOUR PUMPING STATION NEED GOOD VENTILATION?
Ventilation should be installed at the top of the pumping station in order to:
- evacuate gases generated inside the tanks and prevent any risk of explosion
- avoid loss pressure at the outlet of the KNS
For this, pumping stations are equipped with two ventilation openings.
IF THE SANIFOS® PUMPING STATION IS INSTALLED BELOW THE GROUND LEVEL, ALL PARAMETERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TECHNICAL DATA MUST BE CONSIDERED DOCUMENTS.
Standards
Our sewerage stations comply with EN12050-1 standards for pressurized sewage systems and must be installed in accordance with the recommendations of EN12056- 4.
ACCESSORIES
SHUT-OFF VALVES
For compliance with the installation and maintenance rules, shut-off valves must be installed at the sewage inlet to the station, as well as on the pressure pipeline.
ADDITIONAL SECTIONS FOR SANIFOS®
In order to increase the height of the inlet pipes relative to the top cover and the volume of the tank of SANIFOS® pumping stations, additional sections are supplied as accessories.
Fully compatible with the tank and cannot be extended.
